I've had a hard time practicing alone. I'm really happy to find this site today. I will be able to learn a lot from this site in the future. Thank you very much, Jane. 정말 감사합니다~
Thank you, exactly what I was looking for. I think you're the only one on the whole internet who has done a video for the piano accompaniment for BWV 1031 II.
Thank you Jane for posting this video! The problem I had was the fingering in certain parts. I'm able to see what you are playing and making adjustments. Thanks!
Hi Jane, like your page... Isn't there a mistake at 1:05? Beginning after intro... I have two set of sheets (kempff), on both of them it says right hand D G B ? Yours is different ?
Nope you didn't, haha : ) the reason I asked is that I have some problems getting the 'tune' isolated from the 'in betweens', yours sounded smoother... Take care... ; )
Amazing!!! do you have the piano sheets? I have one but it seems to me is not the same... could you please tell me how to get exactly the same partiture that you are playing?
Just a suggestion Jane. In my opinion it would be good to hear a piece at tempo first. I had to go and search this melody to see how it sounds whether I want to learn it. I understand, that you have put it on request, but for others like me, at tempo would serve as an ad. Anyway, I liked what I heard on other video. Thanks for uploading this, I'm gonna start learning it =)
I agree. but there are at tempo performances online. you don't need mine. If I have to practice every piece I upload, I will be making at most 12 tutorials a year. Would all of you reading this prefer that? :)
Hi Jane, do you know the transcription by Th. Lack? I like it more than the Kempff-Transcription but I find it more difficult to play. Valentina Lisitsa added a RUclips-Video on her channel. Perhaps, you are interested in making a tutorial? Would be nice. :-)
Lasistsa is playing the Alkan version which also happens to be part of the 2016 ABRSM grade 7 exam repertoire piece A7 I beleive but isn't included in the actual exam piece book unfortunately only 3 pieces ever are included from each section a b and c but it is available to buy from abrsm and can be found on scribd. Thanks very much for this tutorial the peice is difficult for me to work out.
If I may, I'd like to request a tutorial from a movie Inception, song name is Time by Hans Zimmer. Couldn't find a quality tutorial on youtube. I have found an arrangement and sheet music by Cesar Pawlik, that I like very much, but my sheet music reading skills aren't quite there yet to learn all by myself.
request instructions are on my website. good luck. and btw, even if there is no at tempo version of this online, I wouldn't be able to upload one, because I used to get copyright strikes when I did :(
Hey Jane! How are you my dear :D I have a request as well.. Could you do a tutorial of At sunrise or A gift of the sea by Wayne Gratz? I love both songs

You're welcome, but this is for piano solo, I think...
You're right, I didn't notice that at first. But still very helpful. I'm trying to learn this for flute and piano.
@@kirby0101 The accompaniment score might be on imslp. Should be similar to parts of this.

1st 3 right hand notes after the intro are D G Bb... link for the version I used is on the webpage
Thx Jane, that's what I thought... But that's not what you play? You don't touch the G? Sounded different somehow ; ) thx for a truly good page...
I did play that :) glad you are being so careful
Nope you didn't, haha : ) the reason I asked is that I have some problems getting the 'tune' isolated from the 'in betweens', yours sounded smoother... Take care... ; )
I didn't? I listened and it sounded right. Anyway, just go by the score. We shouldn't trust anything online, right? ;)

+Rudolf Schalke Most likely if she plays it, it is too difficult for me!
