What could be the reason for lean teg water content higher from regenerator. Reboiler liquid is is at 204 C, stripping gas is full as per design flow. Natural gas from absorber is on spec. Only offspec is lean teg water content from regenerator, what could be the cause. Any tips to troubleshoot this. Plant load is only around 80% capacity.
Dew point is defined as the temperature & pressure at which vapor begins to condense into a liquid. When water reaches its dew point, the water vapors are condensing into a liquid (water). When natural gas reach its dew point, the hydrocarbons are condensing onto liquids (condensates).
