Biggest revelation for me was that the snow we keep seeing isn't CGI, but actual tiny bits of fluff.

it’s lacking one really key ingredient for me- Rose and 9 weren’t always best friends they bickered and they both had to coax each other out of their shells. Nothing wrong with going straight to being good mates, but i want it to feel like real life- we argue in stressful moments!!

Devils Chord single handedly is one of my favourite episodes from the last few years. The music, acting, set design, costumes, CGI and writing were all the fantastic. Moments like Mcartneys speech about music being the holiest thing ever, or London opening their windows and hearts to the music, or the battle between the amazing Jinkx and Ncuti, its was perfect. Russel has really crafted a beautiful story for the ages... and it may be a hot take, but I enjoyed the dance twist at the end. Ive seen people lower their rating because of it, but even me not being a fan of msuicals really enjoyed it, for a fun little extra for the return of music to the world.
I completely agree! I also liked the dance scene at the end, (i wish it had more lyrics but…) 9/10 episode for me!
I absolutely loved it I thought space babies wasn't great but the devil's chord restored my faith in the rest of the series

@@Maxippo I know Moffat always has the best written episodes in the seasons he wasn't a perfect show runner but as a writer he's absolutely brilliant.
Millie gibson is a amazing actress and I think she is a great companion

Ah so they chose the episode to be number 2 at the time of recording.
Millie is my 3rd favourite actor after her playing Kelly neelan in coronation Street she played amazing in coronation Street and still doing great in Dr who hopefully want to see her back in coronation Street one day or in a horror film as think she be great in one 😎👌

I wonder what scene the big room is set up for since i dont think the tardis ever went there in the episode or anything that would need a green screen?? May be nothing but maybe they return to abbey road later???
I’m guessing this was purposefully made just after the episode was filmed, so that there were sets to showcase in those video. But maybe they might return to it

1:53 That puddle has more depth than Doctor Who has had since 2016. It is a shame because Millie and Ncuti could be great if they were invested in the show and actually had good stories to tell.
