Another great video. The shot through the window into the cafe/shop was for sure my favorite. I was surprised you didn't get a shot of the kiosk at the very start with the light reflecting on the ground - maybe it didn't look as cool in person as it did on screen.
Is so good to see someone doing content about equipment that the majority of people has, I mean middle /low range, I own a D3500 and about a year later I got the D5600 for a great price(body only). I must say that I would have liked to buy the D3400 instead of the D3500, what the hell was Nikon thinking by removing the FN button?? is so helpful especially to put the ISO in there. anyways, great video bro.
I never use af-f, because the camera focuses wherever it wants and i have no control over it. I use a combination of af-s and af-c. Depends on the situation. Mostly af-s
I have no idea about the settings and I always leave everything on automatic, my nikon d3400 takes very good pictures during the day but at night it is horrible, what can I do to improve them?
If you have the kit lens it is normal because you cannot open its diaphragm much to allow light to enter, changing the lens for one of higher quality and brighter you will be able to take photos at night
Learn how to shoot in manual and slowly stop shooting on automatic. Thats the only way to get better pictures. When you shoot in low light you need to have an open aperture. A slow shutter speed. And also bump up the iso till you get a proper exposure. If you have the kit lens , use it at 18mm at f3.5 , shutter speed should be around 1/60-1/80 and bump up the iso. Try to find spots with proper lights. You can also use a tripod and take longer exposures so you can lower the iso and the noise. Or get a prime lens with faster aperture like the Nikon 35mm 1.8 DX
@@IliasKoureas I was thinking of buying the 35mm 1.8f DX. But isn't it very good for landscapes like a beach and so on? I have seen that for landscapes in theory in better than the default one.
@@dba9923 well the kit lens is not that good for night time because it has a really dark aperture. The best you can do is shoot at the widest length where the aperture is 3.5 and boost your iso . Or simply put your camera on a tripod during night

Thank you tayler! To be honest i didn't even notice the kiosk lol i often tunnel vision sadly
I recommend you taking moving objects/people going clockwise it’s more catchy for the eye (sorry for my bad English)

I know right? Removing the fn button is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Keep it up mate, these little camera's are beasts!
Sick colours 😍😍😍
Glad you liked them brother 💕
great video! may i ask what lens are you using on it in the video? is it the one that comes with the kit of the D3400 the 18-105mm?

is it good at video ?
No sadly, I would go mirrorless for video in 2023. Even phones are better. But it's great for photography
