The reason makeup tutorial people always have red faces is because makeup is an active irritant to the skin for most people. The more often you use makeup, the more the skin gets damaged over time, so naturally people who make a living off doing makeup tutorials have extremely worn out, and thus red, skin.
It's not a coincidence that people who wear makeup all the time tend to get impacted by the aging process the hardest, which ironically tends to push them to use even more makeup.

The only thing that was at all interesting in this game was the way the bird acted. Instead of running at you in a straight line like most horror monsters, it acted more like a confused and diseased animal.
So imagine my surprise and disappointment when I found out it literally only does that by accident because the devs put invisibles walls there to give the player time to get on the platform and the devs tried to lie by saying that they meant for the bird to do that.
if you've ever seen footage of a cassowary or an emu, they kinda act that way towards something they're curious about: assuming you don't bolt the second they rush you, they'll invade your personal space, scrutinize you, and if you back away slowly, they'll leave you alone while staring at you like a bunch of weirdos.

As someone who lived among and was raised by birds, the way that bird seemingly behaved immediately struck me as true to life and I for one felt extremely flustered to finally get some realistic bird representation in lazily made video game media for once.

I'm glad I watched 6 minutes worth of grown men failing to escaped a paper mache bird in a game made for literal toddlers. This is what I subbed for.
I mean, it might be for toddlers but it's still absolutely poorly made, this series doesn't have the polish to be beaten by a handless child.

Everyone in this episode has worked on or is currently working on a game so I wonder how they feel about weird unoptimized unity games like this taking off. I remember reading somewhere that the red button on the remote has like 2,000 polygons for no reason which is kinda funny.
I think almost every model was made in sculpt mode and no attempt to optimize them was made at all

I'm just gonna say, Cory was completely wrong about the public's response to this game. After the whole poppy playtime nft shit people who weren't young kids immediately hated this game too. It literally advertised the second game on the title screen from the beginning when it first came out.

Though I will say that the biggest time investment would still be learning the basics of these tools rather than actually creating the relatively simplistic objects. EDIT: The sad thing is, this specific moment with the bird and the gondolas is the scariest/creepiest part of the entire series. The whole thing is one massively disappointing cash-grab.

There's still doom, and it is approaching, but at least it won't be because of Garten of Banban 2.
