"And because your choices never change, you will learn that Heimdall intends to kill your son in Asgard, and you will do what you do best." How would he have learned that if she didn't tell him?

😮 One thing I just realized. Every time SKULD’s speaks her caption is above. This clearly shows she is the one speaking first, truly showing their knowledge. 😮
so... if there is no script, if there is no grand plan and nothing is actually set in stone. doesnt kratos going to the norns is what triggers ragnarok? cause all the way till heimdall dies we dont see a hint he want to kill atreus,he hates him yes, but killing him? didnt see a hint. So all in all, doesnt the norns cause it all by saying that heimdall plans it?
Eh, they just say what is going to happen and it does. Kratos makes his choices regardless. Even in the mythology, that is essentially a theme in quite a few stories. Odin's actions lead him closer to the conclusion, similar to how Kronos' actions lead him closer to being overthrown as King. Similar to his father before him.
They were right. They never said Kratos, as a person would die. They said "Kratos of Sparta, you will die" and this was... Technically true. The old Kratos did die at Ragnarok. The resentful, vengence thirsty god of war died. He is reborn after this. All they said became true. Their wording is just... Purposely misleading.
They’d probably be happy. They mock people for wanting answers from them, finding out their future, and refusing to change when the Norns state that destiny doesn’t exist only choices.
show a knowing smile they knew that *some* version of Kratos would die in some way whether it was a metaphorical death (and rebirth) or a literal death
He would’ve still left, young kratos only killed those who were in his path, the Norns are not trying to intervene, if they told young kratos that he would die, kratos would try to kill those who would kill him but he would most likely fulfill his destiny instead of changing it, old kratos changed his fate by not killing gods and changing his view on the world, the death of heimdall didn’t mean nothing to his destiny since heimdall was meant to be an obstacle to atreus's fate, kratos simply changed his sons fate
He's possibly even more powerful now cause he's an Olympian god of war with some of his Greek powers and blades but centuries of combat skills, now he has the norse arts of mystics with new weapons that can hurt odin and rival thor hamme. The norns really have the solid stuff to confront kratos despite know he kill almost all greek and the sisters of fate

❤️
I was just sitting their wanting to go at em. This is why I didnt Get to write this story
I’m with you man, I wanted to tear into the Norns so badly with their tone and their blunt way of talking,. Kratos HAS changed becuase I’d of made a choice and hacked these fates to bits
knowing the norns they would have dipped if they anticipated u were gonna throw hands at them
@@michaelsneddon4300 exactly
@@michaelsneddon4300 shut the f up u kids literally u people are so predictable how yall would act lmao
Third sister is cute 😍
ð which eth is pronounced "eth" not like the letter "D". So it's not "verdandi", but "Verethandi"
Is it me or does Mimir look like he could be related to them? Maybe a distance cousin. lmao
I suppose, Mimir possess some super-sharp Holmes-like logic and observation skills (plus eidetic memory), which seems to us as clairvoyance. Just like the Norns can "see" the future.
Mimir is a fae/fairy.
Kratos face was absolutely perfect as he walked away what a fucking Emmy worthy acting didn't needed to say a word music in background facial expressions did the job to make u sad and give u goosebumps
Kratos, and those who react to this game miss the point. They just hear heimdall and say “oh I get to fight heimdall”. Forgetting the whole point of what the Norns said
Who else found Skuld REALLY creepy?
😮 One thing I just realized. Every time SKULD’s speaks her caption is above. This clearly shows she is the one speaking first, truly showing their knowledge. 😮
Anyone know the soundtrack?
score is ragnarok
But where do you find it?
so... if there is no script, if there is no grand plan and nothing is actually set in stone. doesnt kratos going to the norns is what triggers ragnarok? cause all the way till heimdall dies we dont see a hint he want to kill atreus,he hates him yes, but killing him? didnt see a hint.
Best part of the game.
I wonder what the Norns’ reactions were when they realized Kratos was still alive in the end. 😏
They mock people for wanting answers from them, finding out their future, and refusing to change when the Norns state that destiny doesn’t exist only choices.
show a knowing smile
they knew that *some* version of Kratos would die in some way
whether it was a metaphorical death (and rebirth) or a literal death
Jettro Jettro has missed the point.
Kratos did die.
The Norns are lucky they didn’t meet Kratos in his prime.
U act like kratos will kill he only said in his path not someone random lmao

Norn : you will die kratos of Sparta
Kratos : death can have me when it earns me
Annoying norn : i didn't saw that legendary dialogue coming
