I listened to this album a thousand times in the 70s…..my little kids knew it by heart… I have it on reel to reel but I can’t get it to work…would love to have the album again…our country desperately needs this now…
My mother wasn't a singer really, but she joined a community church choir. I went to their concert, at a time when I was backsliding, and they sang this song and the Word of God really touched my heart in the simple beauty of 2 Chronicles 7:14. I'm now a church pastor growing in the truth of "humble themselves and pray" and "seek God's face".

So true Linda. I remember singing in the If My People full musical with Jean Darnall and in the Royal Albert Hall in London... This message is so pertinent for this country, for USA and other Christian following countries. Its a Godly call for us as individuals to pray, draw close to Him, Messiah, Yeshua. I love His name and His Word.

yes.. A scripture that is so apted for this present season
I used this song as introduction to the last chapter of Micah in the Bible for my Sunday school class.
Hearing this gives me a warm feeling.
During the 70s as a kid playing in the lounge while my mother played this record a number of times. Most mornings I’d wake up to gospel music playing on the record player. Great memories of innocence and God loving, God fearing parents.
I remember being a few feet away from Dean Jones when our church group performed with other churches this wonderful musical production in upstate NY Capital District Area in the 70 s💞❣️

My dad played this lovely song a lot when I was a child. I love this song a lot. A call to repentance from sin.
I remembered this song a a child from my mom and church but I could never remember who sang it. This is my favorite scripture and rings so true today in 2022

I was going to a Methodist church in the late 1970s where our choir director put together this same musical. After practicing all the songs, we went on a choir tour to different churches in California. I was just a teenager, but this musical made a huge impact on my spiritual life in Christ. It was a wonderful experience that I still look back on with fond memories today. Is it possible to have the rest of the songs uploaded as well as these? Thank you in advance.

I had the enormous privilege of playing in the band which provided the backing music when it went on tour. I still look back on this experience with great fondness, it was one of the most uplifting and spiritual presentations ever written in my humble opinion.
