- आज इस वीडियो में, Dr Priya Palimkar (Interventional Cardiologist),Angioplasty/Angiography के बाद देखभाल कैसे करें? (Angioplasty & Angiography Care) इस बारेमें सविस्तर जानकारी देंगे। ये procedure x -ray जैसी machine के through किया जाता जिसमे running videos बनाते है। इसमें हम artery में एक dye inject करते है और ये moving dye video के जरिये नजर आता है।
अब जहा narrowing होती है उससे पता चलता है की artery में कहा और कितना blockage है। इस procedure में दो type के dye use होते है, ionic dye और non ionic dye | non ionic dye ज्यादा safe होती है और इससे kidney पर कम असर होता है।
Procedure के तुरंत बाद कुछ बाते ध्यान रखो।
Angioplasty and Angiography dos and don'ts
-यदि जांघ से angioplasty हुई है तो वो area को ज्यादा ध्यान दे, साफ़ रखे, आदि। अगर उधर सूजन या खून आये तो डॉ को दिखाए। अगर स्किन पर नीले काले धब्बे है तो आपको internal bleeding हो रही है और उसकी लिए आप बर्फ सेंके।
-अगर ये procedure हाथ से किया गया है तो हाथ को लटकाये नहीं। हाथ में pulsation check करे, pain का ध्यान रखे। ज्यादा pain होने पर डॉ को दिखाएँ।
-ध्यान रखे डॉ के द्वारा बताई गयी मेडिसिन time पर regular ले especially blood thinners आदि। अगर अपने ये medicine नहीं ली तो दुबारा blood clot हो सकता है और heart attack आ सकता है।
-Exercise upgrade करे, possible cardiac rehab join करे, अपना ध्यान दे। अपनों से बात करे, life easy ले, relax करे, exertion activity न करे।
क्या न करे? (what not to do after angioplasty)
इसके अलावा oily fried butter वाला खाना न खाये। non veg में सर्फ egg white खाये, chicken without skin खाये, और no big to red meat | इसके अलावा coconut एंड ground nut न ले। smoking न करे, tobacco न खाये, भारी चीज़े न उठाये, २ हफ्ते तक drive, travel और swimming न करे। Heart failure वाले लोगो को right तरफ सोने के लिए कहा जाता है।
अगर आप stable है तो 2 हफ्ते के बाद काम पर जाए। अगर आपको chest pain feel हो तो याद रखे की दवाई time पर ले। अगर major symptoms दिखे तो turant डॉ को दिखाए।

Good morning ma'am ji
My angioplasty done on 6/2/2017.
On 20/9/2021 my tmt report is positive. Dr suggested angiography, so Ct angiography done on 25/10/2021 and cathatic Angiography done on 15/11/21,
I have nothing sypmtamatc appears. There are 30 to 40 blockage to left coronary, as per Angiography report
Please advise me diate and change in my life style.

Very Informative video .I am 64 year old and Rad stent in Dec I got little bit chest pain when I get up in morning. But it gets better by doing exercises. Now I do same sort exercises which I used to do before angioplasty. My heart rate goes upto 178 and average 160.resting heart rate is 61 .is that OK and safe for heart rate go that high ?
