Yo, that mental health advice is legit though. Been focusing myself in the gym and focusing on those small goals. Theyve added up faster that I thought possible and that mentality has spilled out into the rest of my life. The gym and those small goals have really turned my life around this past year. If you're down in that hole, you'll get out. Keep focused and keep moving forward 🤘

I live in Tahlequah Oklahoma. It is a town on a hill which is good because we don't get much tornadoes hitting here. But Moore Oklahoma sadly gets more then most.
