Great vid, I know what I'd buy with lottery winnings :). So out of interest, what would monthly insurance cost be on that? Against say, a train, which I could also afford.
I live in the USA and I just did a quick calculation to American dollars and that is approximately $181K US. Wow! Wow X 2!!! Well, for starters we don't get those 79 Series and that is too sad! Cheers mates..
That's just the most stupidly insane cost and set up I've ever heard...for a gas guzzling, heavy fat tank, and one that can get bogged, and has... just as easily, if not easier, than any other decent 4WD for under 60k. Wow. I don't even know where to begin with this lunacy...

Can you do the same for the dmax that would probably be over 100g wouldn't it including purchasing. But eather way love the truck and great too see it being used and used hard and not just at home in the garage
I can't understand why people would pay $75k for what is a basic farm tractor , i know that it is a very good 4x4, but they are not worth $75k when you have to finish the interior your self,

$3 plus Grand for average joe off the street for that ! More like close to $5K in exhaust alone !
All of it seemed reasonable until you said it was 4k for that visor 😂

That is a lot of coin for "tools of trade" there is a bloke at the ATO weeping.
I didn't even think of that, they could claim heaps.
Heaps? Like all of it!
The same price as half a house, and considering you live out of it for 6 months of the year, plus it earns your wage, I say it's worth every cent.

Queenslanders have the balls to build a 4wd up this much and can still sleep at night knowing it’s worth less then new. What a legend

WOW $250,000!!!! That's 100,000 Bunnings snag sangas!

Priceless!
This is what it takes to build the best 79 series off roading Landcruiser on the planet!

How about that canopy costing 50k!🤣
That's very easy a standard norwell canopy is 25g the you put all the extra on plus fitting 50 g easy
That's including everything in it remember. The electrics in it would have to be 20k
$250,000 and still needs to pulled out by a D Max 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Who wants to start making canopies for a living now??
Just to get out driven by a 5k gq

I would say its good to have modifications but never straight off from the show room use stock until the warranty.

get it all done before you take delivery and before rego

how much of the 250k was claimed on fringe benefit tax?
I guessing I’m going to be hanging onto my 47 for a bit longer then

I gotta do this to my 2012 workmate
My subaru forester cost 4000 and I've done some very remote touring and camping. Ridiculous costs..... But I'd love to own it
What 12v electrical system would you recommend and why?
Not the average persons build I’d reckon... Can you do the maths on the Isuzu to see if it’s close to the average mans truck?
