Well, doing wheelies is illegal in some states. In states where it is not specifically defined as illegal, it can still be interpreted as reckless driving, which is illegal no matter where you live in the states. So, yes, they technically did break the law. Are they going to be punished for it though? It’s very unlikely.
many videos are taken out of context. say you and 5 other families live near an area, then some kids on dirbikes makes shitton of noice and dust day in day out every fking day or way to much. i own a dirtbike too but if someone would do that excessively near my family id shut them down .

I was watching a move just the other night with my daughter and I kept adjusting the volume down during the action sequences because I found it irritating. That’s what a reasoned, considered response would have been, from a mature adult rider with experience.

I've experienced that several times in person. I'm keenly aware of bikers. I'll look back, see a biker maybe 4-5 car lengths behind in a lane I want to be in. Biker is not going faster than rest of traffic. I signal. I change lanes. Biker speeds up to come beside my car and flip me off/yell and drive off. Actually saw a biker do this to me once, then speed off, pop a wheelie and wipeout in an intersection.

as long as there are not any signs saying no passing it is legal to pass on double yellow as long as you do not go 10mph over the speed limit I think here, but it is legal to pass on double yellow and thats why they use signs that say Do Not pass in conjunction with the double yellow.. It is not legal to swerve and try to kill the person who is legally passing because you think it is not legal though.....

As someone who does almost daily drives (and sometimes late night chill trips) i can guarantee some people will tailgate and still be completely unaware of it. I used to live in that area of MN and would travel that part of the interstate daily. People really do get mad when they get passed by someone in the right lane. There’s a weird overly passive aggressive driving culture in Minnesota. I don’t miss it at all.

There is no rule you cant be in the left lane of a 2 or more lane road or street. "Keep right to pass" applies only to highways and freeways. People falsely assume it applies to all roads and streets

in the first vid where the guy was saying along the lines of "Why did that guy have to swerve???". My first thought was it was cause he is crossing a double line, so i can see why that guy was swerving. But at the same time the guy swerving shouldn't have done that and just let him go but also the biker should've stayed put and just waited for a safer spot to do that. A lot of the time they put double white lines because it is not safe to pass (E.g - Like the one way back and fourth in the video)
I will admit it does irk me when someone passes in a no passing/double yellow but I would never be that aggressive. I just call it in and prey they don't get themselves/other drivers hurt.

as long as there are not any signs saying no passing it is legal to pass on double yellow as long as you do not go 10mph over the speed limit I think here, but it is legal to pass on double yellow and thats why they use signs that say Do Not pass in conjunction with the double yellow.. It is not legal to swerve and try to kill the person who is legally passing because you think it is not legal though.....

As someone who does almost daily drives (and sometimes late night chill trips) i can guarantee some people will tailgate and still be completely unaware of it. "Doesn't look that close to me" is an excuse I've heard many times as well. So to all bikers, ride like no one can see you. To everyone driving regardless of what you're driving, drive like everyone is an idiot. Saved my ass many times, might save someone else too.

I used to live in that area of MN and would travel that part of the interstate daily. People really do get mad when they get passed by someone in the right lane. There’s a weird overly passive aggressive driving culture in Minnesota. I don’t miss it at all.
My neighbor is from Minnesota, he proceeded to bash the windows out of my car because he couldn't handle being passed. He was going 25 in 45mph zone...

There is no rule you cant be in the left lane of a 2 or more lane road or street. "Keep right to pass" applies only to highways and freeways. People falsely assume it applies to all roads and streets

That first guy was way too nice
in the first vid where the guy was saying along the lines of "Why did that guy have to swerve???". My first thought was it was cause he is crossing a double line, so i can see why that guy was swerving. But at the same time the guy swerving shouldn't have done that and just let him go but also the biker should've stayed put and just waited for a safer spot to do that. A lot of the time they put double white lines because it is not safe to pass (E.g - Like the one way back and fourth in the video)
