I am always answering them, "At a red light?!" Yeah, right...

Speeding on a mountain is never fun, man. I was on a vacation about 3 years ago in cali, and my brother had to follow a man who sped like a cougar through a pitch black mountain range at midnight. My dad and mom were both exhausted, so it was up to him to drive us to safety. Let's just say that all of our lives were in his hands, and we did not like it. Oh, and he wasn't legally old enough to drive. It was horrible. That motorcyclist speeding is a daredevil.

If you are stopped at lights you are still in control of a vehicle, so same rule still applies. If you absolutely need to use a phone park off the road then use it..
If it's a cop that says it, you'll be getting a justified ticket from using a phone while operating a motorized vehicle. But since it's just an idiot biker, no one will listen to them because they have no ability to enforce the law and are only able to run their mouth as it's their right to free speech and will only get another version of free speech that's expressed in the one finger salute. Bikers aren't police so they have no authority to lecture anyone and expect people to care what they have to say.

As a Cyclist that also enjoys driving in the mountains i have had some pretty bad experiences with motorcyclists. In this case yes she should not cross in a blind corner for obvious reasons. On the other hand, there is a speed limit on a lot of those roads for a reason, it is there so that drivers can make adjustments to unexpected situations. I can totally understand the want for going fast and in this case over the speed limit fast but that does not excuse you from doing so. Even though she arguably created a more dangerous traffic situation she did not do so by active disregard for the law. Whilst the motorcyclist in this case was. Both are wrong, but one knows it and just does not care whist the other is unaware. If a stone/rock had fallen on the road in that spot it was not the rocks fault the motorcyclist crashed into it. As a responsible driver you should anticipate that things can happen that you did not expect and act accordingly in other words don't speed.

Hi. It's my video. Don't worry, i'm not suicide. I was keep on eye this truck and my speed was several km/h at this intersection. I was prepared for braking but when I saw that the truck driver stopped, I decided that I could continue driving. You can see that the truck speed was low and that it stopped earlier than the middle of the road. And the truck driver made a mistake because he didn't stop before the intersection and didn't make sure he can go on.

@@misael1396 I am right (or at least I think I am right) when I disagree with my wife about stupid shit, but it's almost never worth having a discussion because it just pisses us both off and nothing gets solved. Now you have two pissed off people with the same problem. Why do it? For situations like this it's far better the try to learn whatever lesson you can (like slow the fuck down when entering a blind corner on a public road), and put it behind you. Trying to "teach someone a lesson" is at the heart of a lot of road rage incidents, and the last thing you need to be doing on a motorcycle is raging--like heff520. Did you notice he was so angry that he roared back onto the roadway, without even looking for traffic? Rage and driving don't go together, so it should be avoided whenever possible. Getting into a verbal confrontation with an idiot who has no concern for her own safety is not a good rage avoidance strategy, so I would say yes, heff520 was wrong.

It's in Tucson, Arizona, so that's crazy because my family and I get along with bicyclists and motorcyclists, but not really cars because they drive really slow or they cut us off. That's so cool from Heff's view going down the mountain though.
