Road was occupied on both lanes (her and the dude on the right), she decided to turn and he tried to squeeze between two already present cars. Yes, it would have been his fault. Not to mention he was in the right lane before approaching so shes fine on that side as well because he was in a lane that had an car infront of him while she was overtaking from the left and he decided to turn left and squeeze in. If he goes to court hes going to lose if she did blink (and we are basing it on that now)

yeah honestly the amount of lane splitting is pretty bad, like i understand if heavy traffic, i do it too but when everyone is at speed there's not really a point to besides the adrenaline which is kinda stupid in retrospec when faced with crashes
David Lebel there have been studies to show that lane splitting can really help with traffic and can be safer in heavy traffic for the biker, that being said lane splitting guidelines and laws typically state you need to be going 10 mph or less and these riders are going way too fast.

Road was occupied on both lanes (her and the dude on the right), she decided to turn and he tried to squeeze between two already present cars. Yes, it would have been his fault. Not to mention he was in the right lane before approaching so shes fine on that side as well because he was in a lane that had an car infront of him while she was overtaking from the left and he decided to turn left and squeeze in. Most likely the ball belonged to the school, which means it was the school's property, not his, and the school is funded by either the state (public) or by the parents who send their kids there (private). Which means no matter how you look at it, he has no more claim to that ball than those kids.
