Road was occupied on both lanes (her and the dude on the right), she decided to turn and he tried to squeeze between two already present cars. Yes, it would have been his fault. Not to mention he was in the right lane before approaching so shes fine on that side as well because he was in a lane that had an car infront of him while she was overtaking from the left and he decided to turn left and squeeze in. If he goes to court hes going to lose if she did blink (and we are basing it on that now)

If he was going the same speed as the cars around him he would’ve slowed in time and not hit her as she went in, he also saw that the car ahead of him were slowing down so he should’ve as well, it’s hard for cars to judge where motorcycles are and it’s hard for motorcycles to stop fast, so i personally think they’re both at fault and they shouldn’t have given each other attitude.
