I spent 3 years at a Wing Chun school before I went to Master Sinclair’s UKWCKFA. The difference in real life self defence situations was immense. This is how Wing Chun should be taught. He’s a bit scary, but it’s worth it! 😂
Others would disagree. Wing Chun is an an Art, with its own idiosyncratic approach. But it is a great 'Art' to train. It is simply the UKWCKFA approach.
