guitars are melodic Melody reminds me of the blue Nile's Because of Toledo How many of their songs remind me of wot you've played recently Their crown is slowly slipping But I still love em This, well I dunno really. Maybe I'll understand one day.
I like ‘Leave Me Alone’, which is a track that's perhaps closer to their debut album Movement than to the rest of their career, although it is rather bittersweet compared to Movement, which is dark throughout and marked by the imprint of Joy Division and especially of their deceased former singer, Ian Curtis (whose absence is evoked without explicitly expressing it throughout the album). Justin, for your next New Order reaction video, I'd like you to focus on Movement!😉
When Power Lies and Corruption came out we were disappointed as the 12" singles were far better as were the John Peel session versions. Their best work was ahead of them
What a disappointment when I got this album... I was dreaming of something else, after Joy D and Bluemonday. I found a very beautiful cover and songs with an amateur singer trying in vain to reach high notes...
This was a fine album by an iconic band.
I love this song. A melancholic beauty.
My favourite track of this album, possibly even close to my favourite NO track. It's the perfect way to close the album and I just love it immensely!
My favourite New Order song. A song that I wanna hug. Gives me a perpetuum mobile wish.
Beautiful.
Always love their "transition" songs.
Beautiful melody and guitars. You get transported somewhere...maybe to one of these islands that Barney knows about.
Should try ‘1963’ by New Order … a great dark tale with a synth in ‘Psycho’ mode!
Yeah, but it really should be this version if you do react: ruclips.net/video/2rpasa6EIRs/видео.html
Always loved this song. The guy is trying real hard to get some space so he can focus.
One of my fave NO songs. Their next album, Lowlife is even better in my pickled onion.

Musically, this reminds me quite a bit of ''Ceremony'' -which I don't mind at all.
Yes! Best song on here!!
Leave Me Alone, Your Silent face and Sunrise are my favorite songs that remind me of Joy Division.
You are not going away?! You are saying we are stuck with you? That what you're saying, Justin? Here I hoped it was the other way around. LUL

The drone is beautiful. Only 2 chords and some of the notes are the same in both. New Order did that better than anyone.
Or Santana...

Average singing and song. Never liked these.
They had a few good songs, but were pretty tedious overall.
Yeah, not their best. Anything that harks back to Joy Division is a no no for me.
Overrated band in my opinion
Jangly dullness..... not their best work, and as a closer, a real damp squib.
