Hello, for non alcoholic option, you can soak dry fruits in orange juice. Simply submerge the fruits in fresh or unsweetened orange juice and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight. The fruits absorb the tangy flavor, become soft and juicy, and perfect for cakes without rum.
Dry fruits soaked in orange juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Happy Baking!!

Hello, I personally add 300 gms of soaked fruits in a cake (250 gms in batter & 50 gms on top). So, for me, it makes 10 cakes. Hope it helps. HAPPY BAKING!!
