If anyone has trouble with their character not using full strike make sure to switch attack ally to yes in the advanced settings when setting up the demonic intelligence.

How to get fetter is that you have to unlock the dragon unit by completing Treasure & Dragons quest, in episode 8. Once done level up the dragon to get the evilty. Then dupe and share with everyone else.
Yow good content, but i gotta say the way you did it is kinda messy. You were in the middle of explaining what evilities to use then jumped to inocents then jumped again to battles then went back to evilities. Im furious i even bother. Just do one at a time bro. Not everything at once. WTF
