    case 2: If i have already got my wife on spousal visa and do i need to select the option as spouse coming with you scenario while creating a file on ircc to get PR as one file for family?

    Hi, great video and thanks for the inside info. As a foreigner looking to eventually immigrate, is it possible to go through a traditional route of applying for jobs in Canada and obtaining a regular work visa to acquire the Canadian work experience?? Just confused if being in Canada before considering the Express Entry point system will be disadvantageous or what is recommended...

    Thanks for this! I subscribed! Quick question pls - for skills transferability under education (2 post secondary degrees or masters plus CLB 9 in each testing area), to file for PR and show this, does one need ECA/ WES for the second post secondary degree if I already have WES for master's degree? Is an example of this second post sec degree like one's first degree? Trying to understand how the point for level of education (for master's, 135) differs from this skills transf under education. TIA

    • @invest4k
      @invest4k  8 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, no, only the WES for Highest education is required. if your highest education is masters, you don't need to do WES for any lower degrees.

      So does it mean that if I state that I have masters and bsc during documentation I will not be required to provide Wes evaluation for the lower degree? Is it just the certificate for the lower degree with Wes comparability that I will be required to submit? And if I don't evaluate the lower degree, won't it affect my score?

    What’s the minimum score for a Nurse?
    I got up to 406 points after calculating mine just now although I haven’t added my spouse yet since I’m not sure and I’m a Nurse. Also, is it compulsory for one’s spouse to write a language test?

    • @invest4k
      @invest4k  2 месяца назад +1

      Around 430s should be a better score, this makes you eligible for PNP programs. Also, spouse doesn't need to write language test.

I am 2months in my work permit right now, and got a contract Full-time work opportunity as an Accountant, based in Toronto. I have one year of relevant work experience back home as well. I am currently 28+ years old. My question is: what documents are needed to prove my foreign work experience? 2nd question: What if I apply for express entry program at the end of 2025(next year) after gaining 1year of work experience as an Accountant? What are the chances. Will they consider me as a 29year old or 30years old ?

      @invest4k  Год назад

      @benjaminreji4134 part-time hours while studying are never counted towards your 1560 experience, if you will check carefully, you might not be eligible for CEC stream and that's y proof of funds was mandatory for you to be eligible, if you completed your 1 year equivalent of experience after completing your studies, you would be eligible even with $0 in that field. I hope that helps clarifying your doubt. All the best!

If you have 1 year experience in the eligible NOC code you should be eligible for CEC and if you have shown more than minimum funding for settlement funds along with experience, you are eligible for FSW, ideally applicants can keep available funds at $0 for CEC.
