I have a query regarding points for Foreign experience.
I have total 3 years and 11 months of experience.
My CLB is 8, celpip score 10,8,8,8.
And based on their calculations, I have just got 13 points instead of 25.
My work experience is in noc 64400, 63102 & 11109. I have tried with one code for all but I couldn’t see any changes.
Could anyone help ?

I have one question for my file, i finished my studies of 1 year from private college which was not eligible for WP so i returned back to my home country and came back after 8 months on valid open work permit, Now after my one year work experience i calculated my pts. My consultant told me i will not recieve any pts. Of my canadian education. Is there any specific rule behind private education and everything. For more info. my studies was not awarded as any kind of scholarship as well.

No you cant, you need to be eligible to enter either of 3 streams first before passing for category based draws.

You might get eligible as it only checks months and not dates but you are advised not to submit application after you get ita.

Hi. I have a question and a bit complicated. Since IRCC lifted the 20 work hours, I became a full-time worker during my studies. We know that in FSWP, full-time/part-time jobs are counted for work experience. My 1year work experience will be completed by first week of June. I have already created a profile and I am now confused. Should I put 1 year canadian experience or not? Because it’s as if I am applying for CEC but no.
Hi, IRCC lifted 20 hours work to be able to do more part-time jobs, they never confirmed that you can do full-time job while on student visa. As a part of regulations you should have flexibility of work to be able to attend classes, even a 40 hour work week could be part-time. You are right , it will be counted towards FSWP if you did while studying. I am confused about you completing 1 year, if you want to discuss, please feel free to book an appointment.

As per your study permit rules, you were allowed to work more than 20 hours per week but they never confirmed that you can work full-time. But they do mention that you are not supposed to work full time unless you are on break

You don’t need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family if:
you’re applying under the Canadian Experience Class or
you’re authorized to work in Canada and you have a valid job offer, even if you apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Federal Skilled Trades Program"
Now, my question is I am planning to apply under FSW, I am a PGWP holder with a job offer (but no LMIA/ not LMIA exempt either). Do i need to provide POF? If yes, how long does the money sit in the bank? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I have some questions, I have completed 3 years out of 4-year bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering from my homeland. Then transferred my credit hours to a university in England, completed 2 semesters/1 year and graduated. So, should I send both of my transcripts (the incomplete one and the rest from the UK) to WES for evaluation? I am also a certified supply chain analyst (CSCA). I got certification from ISCEA. So, it should be alongside my bachelor‘s degree, since it is a global certification. But how do I get an evaluation from WES since there are only options for bachelor's, master's and PhD? On the express entry portal, which option should I choose? Furthermore, I will have 3 years of experience when I apply for Express Entry. So, My NOC should be regarding the supply chain, right? Because I am not working in a pure mechanical engineering-based section. Although supply chain management is closely connected to Mechanical Engineering. You said that one of the main reasons for ineligibility is not having at least a year of work experience in primary NOC. Here, as for primary NOC, do you mean the experience I have in a foreign land and then I match with the sectors on the express entry profile while applying or it is my study track-related jobs? Please, Clarify.

Hi,
You can only evaluate formal degree's and not certification of any sort. You can choose Bachelors. For experience, yes select whatever is your primary occupation and not the formal studies. For ineligibility, i mean the experience in the occupation of work, doesn't have to be related to studies, just find closely matching NOC code. I hope it helps, all the best!

Hi, that will be wrong information if your job is not in TEER 0, 1, 2, 3. If you will try to make your job eligible, you might score points and get ITA but they will reject your PR which will take away any chances of applying again in future. I hope you will take it seriously. All the best!

ECA should be done prior to creating EE profile as without that you wont get education points

Hi, your profile will expire soon, you can create a new one once it expires or choose to withdraw and recreate a new one to be safe when receiving ITA.

Hi, with 6 months of experience you will be eligible for a targeted round but to be eligible for express entry, you have to maintain the minimum criteria which is minimum 1 year of experience in any skilled occupation in order to enter the pool.
How about STEM categories where experience is more than six months but less than 1 year? My profile is ineligible after 10 months of working experience and still continuing this job. Help or thoughts on this 🤔
You need minimum criteria to enter into the express entry , after that particular draws have their own requirements. You dont meet minimum criteria to enter into the pool so you have to be eligible for that first. I hope that helps.

Hi, oinp skill trades is a non-express entry stream but it will also require your english language scores, so please get new results again before filing with oinp.

My wife want to do WES evaluation for her undergraduate degree back home but her school is really frustrating the process. Hi. Thank you for the wonderful explanation. I have question about educational qualification. I have 2 degrees. 3 years of bachelors and 2 years of masters. But ECA equivalence they gave was 4 years of bachelor and 1 year of postgraduate diploma. Now while filling level of education for masters program should I select Masters degree or as per ECA “one year college degree” option ?
Hi, because your masters was not considered equivalent to masters in Canada, you cannot select masters and instead need to select 1 year college diploma. I hope it helps.

Hi, you should enter all education but you can choose if you did ECA or not, for 2 or more degrees you get more points.
Hours per week is how many hours you work , for example 8 hr a day and 5 days a week = 40 hrs.

For Express entry, LMIA exempt offers are very limited, pgwp or any other open work permit based job offers are not valid for federal immigration because it is used to calculate additional 50 points and they only give it to lmia or lmia exempt offers. In either case your work permit should not be an open permit to gain those points. I am sorry its confusing when it comes to express entry and thats y i am here to help. Hi i filled in my express entry profile and i got not eligible. I got 5.0 in my reading and according to FSW program its clb 7 meaning a score of 6 in each section. If i only missed by 1 point for the reading test,would that make me ineligible?
