As long as she is still married to your brother. You can use her for that. All your work experiences count no matter where you got them from. And you will add your family the same way you would add them if you were together but you guys will have to figure out the best way to send your passports once it has been requested
Most people send it to the VFS office on the island then it’s send to Accra for stamping but I sent mine to Kenya directly. The stamping is not done in Nigeria

For the first question yes... although its not mandatory but it would make sense that you have most of your documents ready for smooth application. for the second question, I don't think so. From my understanding candidates are selected for PNP even though they applied for express entry.
Please find out what province your cousin is and then find out the criteria for provincial nomination for that province. Once you do that, you’ll know if you need your cousin or not. Cause if they are in a province that doesn’t use family ties, they wouldn’t be able to help

You can do express entry as a matter of fact your ND and HND will be counted as two degrees. I was just saying that to get the scores needed now, you need to have masters

The person is already married, and regardless of whether they choose to travel with their spouse or not, they need to have enough money as per IRCC guideline. This amount is not negotiable whether you travel with or without your spouse.
You must have the complete money for a family of 2 which is about 17k Canadian dollars whether or not you people are going together or not. This is to ensure that one family member doesn't suffer whilst the other person travels.

I was advised to open an IRCC account instead of only applying through the GcKey portal. I successfully did that but I'm unable to continue because i can't see an express entry application page under the IRCC PORTAL. Please advise. What could I be doing wrong?

If your present job experience doesn't match you will have to put a job that falls under the Job tier category before your PR application would enter the pool.

Please find out what province your cousin is and then find out the criteria for provincial nomination for that province. Once you do that, you’ll know if you need your cousin or not. Cause if they are in a province that doesn’t use family ties, they wouldn’t be able to help

You can definitely come with 2 kids. The only part it will affect is your POF.
You don't need an agent to apply. You can find loads of resources online that would aid you.
