Amazing but Seriously should have considered another bedroom. Rooms are always required be it for storage/guests etc and for a house on that scale I feel like it loses value with just 2 bedrooms!
This is great home it does not look like something that you would find in the United Kingdom it rally look like something that you would find in the southern Midwest of the U.S.. Like in Texas, Tennessee or maybe Georgia. You even have a Texas look from the hair to the makeup you just don't have the height like a Texas/ Tennessee girl look. Over all great home, great look, good tour thanks for sharing

Made me laugh when you got to your glass floor, I still cannot walk on mine without wincing 😂but was totally worth it for the extra light it gives to the space above and it’s always a talking point. Oh and those horizontal wood slat effect tiles ...just beautiful! ❤️

Why don't you put the guest room small sofa in the little reading corner by the front door, and put the chair in the guest room instead. It would probably fit perfectly in the reading area with a nice big framed artwork above it!

going back to part one, where saff showed the pending dining table, i think a free-standing cheese plant would look amazing in the corner/somewhere next to the table. to add some plant/colour, whilst also not stealing the table’s show - if that makes sense lol🥲
