    Good job. Would have been a rough call to your Capasso's, I think I can hear them laughing all the way up here in Washington State! I went up into the Northern Olympics this week and ended up sliding sideways down a fire service road that was washed out. While I'm sliding, I thought what "would Rhino do"? Thats when I said to myself " don' t be a little girl" and laughed while steering with the slide! Came to a stop and winched my way out, then continued to climb again. Did consider if I needed a land anchor before I headed out as I planned on hitting the beaches. Storm surges made it too sketchy! Nice to see you having fun!

      That sounds like an epic adventure you had there, you had me laughing hard at “what would Rhino do?” Lmao I’ll tell you what I would do in your situation, First of all, I would scream like a little girl 😂😂😂 then compose myself and do what you did! 😋
      Yes, these storm surges make more fun for us haha. Glad to hear you made it out safe and sound. Wheel Safe out there!

      @@rhinooffroadrecovery My friend I know for a fact you would laugh your a_ _ off! I've watched your recoveries! Where I roll there are trees on both sides, where you roll there's usually open sky and gravity that's going to get you!

    Nothing takes the energy out of you faster than recovering your self out of the mud, when I was 16 my brother and I took my dad's 79 bronco down to the creek. we let a lil to much air out of the tire's then ended up with all 4 off the bead in a foot of mud, and at least a foot of water. we went and told are Dad what happened (better to be honest than lie and it paid off lol) he handed us a 8 ft chain, pull and said get it out before dark . 9 hours later we got it out, we may have taken long then needed cause we didn't want to find out what happened when we got it home.

      I love my badlands winch I have the older zxr 1200 lb but have swapped it to total synthetic and added the wireless kit .but I agree with rhino get the apex it's already set up perfect.

      I have, literally, seen jeeps with 9,000 lbs winches that wont pull them out of trouble. Not sure if it is the lack of experience on their side or the winch is just not strong enough, but the badlands has come thru for me every time!

    You might need to add a sand anchor to your equipment. Did that rain storm hit southern Cal as well or did you guys escape?

    • @rhinooffroadrecovery
      @rhinooffroadrecovery  Год назад +1

      The rain here not as bad as in Northern California and yes I need a land anchor

    Work that steering wheel

    • @rhinooffroadrecovery
      @rhinooffroadrecovery  Год назад

      If you mean to steer side to side so I could get unstuck? That would be useless since the ground was pretty liquified.
