I always add the juices the brisket leaves back into the pulled meat after I pull it all apart so it won’t get dry and so it will have more flavor. And I leave the bbq on the side for ppl who don’t want to add bbq sauce to it. This looks sooo delicious! Perfect!

Great video. Just wondering if I wanted to do 2 briskets. Do you think 6 hours is long enough for both of them in the oven? Thanks

Enjoying your videos. If I wanted to cool this down to eat later, could I reheat it on a griddle? Small bit at a time if I wanted to add it to a burger?

Thank you so much for your comment! Yea absolutely. It's all cooked so in theory can be eaten cold, and is really nice on a soft roll with some coleslaw, give all your colleagues food envy! Or you can just re-heat it either in a pan, griddle, microwave. Whatever!

Any alternative to 'Panch Phoron'? As I've not seen it anywhere in supermarkets I've been too.

      Hi, its equal parts:
      cumin seeds
      mustard seeds
      fennel seeds
      nigella seeds
      fenugreek seeds
But go to any Asian world food shop and they'll have it 👍

Looks good but maybe change the title of the video to "Pulled Oven steamed brisket with BBQ sauce" because this isnt BBQ in any sense

Yea I've been told that, but the sauce is Barbecu(ish). It's still delicious I promise.

This has nothing to do with BBQ, this is just a steamed brisket...
