    Ingredients:
    1 Tbsp Organic Alfalfa Seeds
    1 Tbsp Organic Ming Beans
    Method:
Place the alfalfa seeds and mung beans into two separate jars (open air lid), fill the jars with water, cover them with a towel and let them soak overnight. The next day drain the water and rinse well and place on a tray at an angle to eliminate any excess water remaining in the jars. Keep rinsing the seeds twice a day and keep them under a towel or in a dark place in your house to help the germination process. Enjoy your sprouts on salads or sandwiches after day four and keep refrigerated after day four to remain fresh.

Sprouts give so much flavor and crisp to sandwiches and add so much more nutritional value and protein. Alfalfa sprouts are by far my favorite and mung bean sprouts can actually be added to soups and they taste amazing!!!

Ideal for soups for sure. I add the bing bean sprouts to a vegetarian pho and they make the whole meal!

Thank you so very much for the kind words and I am so happy to hear this video is helpful. I am looking forward to share more sprout recipes as most legumes and seeds can be sprouted and add a great refreshing taste to salads and soups and even as a snack.

Looks very easy. I guess I just need to be patient since they grow within four days but it looks well worth it because the cost of sprouts in Whole Foods is pretty high and this seems to use only a tableau if seeds and makes quite a lot of sprouts. I will be trying the Ming bean version to add to soups.
