I'm STILL in a ldr... 6 years later 😭 it's been a test for sure. He tried to come and see me but uk immigration staff put a stop to that. I was supposed to fly to California this May... Corona virus locked down all the flights 😕 I guess when we actually do get together it'll be worth the wait. He bought my ring but I won't let him send it to me as I want him to put it on my finger. Keep us in your prayers please guy we sure do need it 💕💕💕

Long distance can be hard...am going through it and it's the toughest...we have 2 toddlers and most of the time am alone with the kids...I get depressed about it sometimes but I know God will make a way really soon that he gets a job in the same town as mine.. I feel like we've never really been together for long..each time he comes its borrowed time as he has to go back ...I pray we live forever besides each other without worrying about someone leaving for work...someone seeing this post please say a prayer for me...amen...I believe in the end, love wins

Yess I believe when dating or getting in a relationship, you are doing so with the thoughts of marriage in the long run. If you don’t see someone in your future as your husband or wife don’t waste your time, and most importantly theirs. I’m currently in a long distance plan on moving with him but with this whole pandemic going on it’s on hold.

Hey Savannah and Josh! This was a really inspiring video. My boyfriend and I have also been long distance so far more than we have not. We met in a military training class but he is in the Air Force and I am in the Army and we are stationed at different bases now. We broke up when we went our separate ways but we kept calling each other every day and we realized how much we still love each other. We got back together over a phone call, and we planned a vacation to see each other in person as soon as we could, and we have been growing stronger ever since. It has been almost a year of long distance so far, and we have a little over 2 years to go until we can move to be with each other. At first the distance was so tough and our relationship was tested a lot. But fortunately with time, we are able to focus on the positive aspects of it, and reap the lessons that come with it. And we have all the time and space in the world to work on bettering ourselves, and we've learned how deeply committed we are to each other. Also, I just want to say, thank goodness for modern technology.

At same point of this video, you made me cry, cause me and my boyfriend are currently facing long distance relationship and our story is similar to yours. I am from Portugal and we are an interracial couple. We started dating near when you guys started. We started December 2016, and in 3 years total all he had together physically was around 11 months. It's not easy, but with true love and patience, anything can happen. You just reassured the willing I have to keep on with this and marry my true love one day in the future.

Definitely very inspiring distance relationship. I'm still new to this relationship but praying things to work out especially now with this lockdown. I guess sometimes God makes us go through rough times to shape us to better person so I will take it as a positive way. As you said distance relationship does take fun part but you can be still innovative but most importantly communication. Hope it is worth of the wait after the lockdown.
