If anyone here is wondering like me,wich new cheat table to use (offline only) after downpatching is to use version 1.1.8 reverse souls you will get a crash on item gib using any other one and we will have to revert back to item swapping until they can make one with the downpatch

All you have to do is find the 1.15 exe online and replace the 1.15.2 one that's in your game folder. I don't get why we need a wiki page, a crash fix, and a 3 minute video showcasing a speedrunning website, but since when has modding Fromsoft games been made straightforward?

Hi, I'm having some trouble with this. Whenever I launch the EXE it will open, i'll get the steam and geforce notification, then it crashes. I have mod engine ini and honest merchant ini, along with dinput8.dll and a mod folder containing data0bdt and bhd. Do you have any solutions? Thanks.

Don't open through steam as it updates if you do that, if you aren't, well then good luck...

What about Debug mods? They do not work with 1.15+ exes but if I even older exes the game doesn't launch
I've used debug menu on downpatched 1.15 fine, must be something on your end

I dont have the dlc yet. If I download the dlc will it mess with my save files in the mod and auto patch to latest version?
It won't touch your saves, but it will update the game to the latest version so you'll need to downpatch again

You can use the alternate save file option in modengine, or manually back up your saves in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsIII

Nope, but if you want to avoid getting banned it's best to use the alternate save file option in modengine or backup your saves
