Mornin bob...broken bolts are always a pain. The best way I've found and you do need a milling machine (I was a Machinist for 40 years). First use penetrating oil then set up on the mill. Center drill the broke bolt then at low rpm using a left hand drill, start drilling and if it doesn't come right out push down hard and it should come right on up. I've found very few bolts that won't come out this way. Love your videos, but sadly, I'm too old and wore out to do that kind of work any more...Y'all have a Blessed day and keep on keepin on. I know this is an old video but mad I love seeing people doing things the old way. A machine shop doesn’t have to do everything to have a good motor. Just checked out that old video of yours, Sweet! too bad someone else has it, would have liked to have seen a video of is reving up and peeling out. My only regret on that car is it was a twin turbo, those are still worth a lot more than any RT front wheel drive stealth, could have gotten the same car out of a cheap RT I figure.
Probably should have restored it back to factory but even with twin turbos it was weak compared to what I like in a go car. It wasn't weak anymore when I got done. 351 Windsor bored and stroked to 414 cubic inches, aluminum intake & heads, comp thumper cam, 5 speed, 4:10 posi, It was a ground pounding, tire smoking fun ride for sure.
