pedro is a tobacco historian. what a great interview
I was lucky enough to meet Pedro about two month ago at a DE event and we talked for a couple hours about his story and how he came from making horse saddles into starting at DE in the early days. He's such a wealth of knowledge and is such a passionate person. Love Pedro!
This is honestly your best guest I wish you would have an interview with Pedro on the live stream though. I can imagine Billy and Terrance questioning him. So high energy and informative..
I loved the video. Pedro is the man. Definitely ordering those cigars.
His energy is unreal 💪💪
I love that I found you on RUclips my uncle smokes cigars so I he got me in to it but a little. After I found this channel you have educated me so much about the humidity, humidors seasoning with Boveda how to get the best flavor out of them. One thing is that you helped me to stop vaping thank you
Awsorme cigars I got box of the Joya de Nicaragua Antaño cigars 😀😍🔥
Pedro is something else!!! I love that dude!!!! I love when the trio meaning Pedro,Willy and Jon yes I called him Jon lol get together and hearing them talk about cigars I love it. I think I could call him Jon with all the Drew Estates cigars I buy I think I've earned it hahahaha.
Great video Tim, and thanks for the thin blue line flag from a state trooper in the Midwest!
Fantastic back and forth dialogue!!!
So got a trip planned out to Phoenix in September and just saw that the Cigars Daily shop is in Phoenix. Can’t wait to check it out !
I met Pedro in Westland Mi @ wild bills event, such a top notch guy. A lot of knowledge, got me to expand my pallet. Even got a pic with him and my boys. Great night.
Just had the top 5 cigars with chocolate notes come into my FYP which was uploaded 2 years ago and I'm fucking proud of you for the weight loss
I LOVE WATCHING CIGAR VIDEO SHOWS & SMOKING A CIGAR. It's a part of my cigar culture. I'm not the Cigar Lounge/Bar/Shop type-person. I buy 100% online Cigars
Amazing video! And I have to say the Joya Antano is one of my all-time favorite cigars.
Ohhhhhh that Undercrown 10 Maduro is the 👑 That’s all I have to say.
Pedro is the man💪🏽💪🏽
Awesome content!
This coming weekend i will get to talk to him again.. so much knowledge. Pa Barn smoker
I love joya de nicaragua. Well made cigars with great flavour. Never had a drew estate but if they are using the same setup as joya they must be good.
I like to have chocolate when I am smoking a cigar. I LOVE the buzz combination when I am playing my guitar, which is surf music with a spanish twist....
Awesome Interview guys
I absolutely love the joya de Nicaragua red cigarillos, they are perfect for a quick smoke, have amazing flavor, and you can get them for around a buck a piece. They definitely can compete with much more expensive brands.
Tim, how about a video of the 5 top rated cigars in your journal... so far
After having had many Cubans and new worlds, I will say the Joya Red is like a good Cuban. Not the same, but the way the flavours come through, it's clear that the Cuban DNA is there, and they're far more consistent in their quality.
Pedro a straight up OG, shoutout Tyler from vegas
My favorite drew estate cigar is the pappy van Winkle family reserve 😊
A good Cuban, to me, is unmatched in flavor and smoothness. However, consistency is horrible for flavor and construction and age, usually 3-5 years, is necessary. Nowadays they are so expensive that rolling the dice makes no sense. There are too many really good non-Cuban cigars out there to bother with Cubans.
Yeah after covid, seeing prices be double what they used to be (at best) while new world cigars are almost unchanged, to a slight increase, makes the decision easy.
I think that cigar culture is a combination of Cuban tradition and London class, the original cigar tradition from Cuba and refined in the high class lounges in London like JJ Fox and Davidoff of London. Places like those world famous lounges and the old traditional Cuban factories are places that every afficianado dreams of going and i think they have made cigar culture what it is today.
Atabey smokes like a Cuban, I only smoke Cuban cigars but after smoking Atabey, Byron and Alfonso I’ve been buying a lot of them 😂
Hey Tim, I know this doesn’t pertain to this video topic but just wondering can we get a review video on the new Cohiba Riviera?
Great video! Although I'm still waiting for a response from drew estate about 3 Herrera Estelli Miami's that were so tight they had no draw at all. Help me cigar daily hahaha I love the Herrera Estelli Miami but I got a few bad ones last buy.
Tim can you review the 2023 Timeless Ferio Tego TAA. I bought a box and know nothing about them
There are legit websites you can order Cubans from. I have some on the way
Joya Red is excellent, but almost all the ones I've had burn wonky for some reason. And as for me at least anything from the Padron thousand series is pure excellence, but thats just my palate and preference. I agree with you guys; Habanos are lacking consistancy and quality is questionable at times. Lord knows what's going on over there. But when you do get your hands on one of those good Siglo VI or Montes - that's the ultimate. That unique Cuban twang and flavor profile is just simply unrivaled.
Thank for Sharing from that perspective. So we're NON cigar smokers ask me if I'm smoking a Cuban my answer will be... Cant Fool You 😂
That 1970, oh yea
Does Pedro not see that flag behind him, which ironically represents a bullet in his back?
Did you delete your cigar reviews?
Let a tatuaje jibaro age for about 2 years ... and tell me what it is. It's a cohiba in tatuaje clothing....
he meant 2 centuries. DECADE = 10 YEARS Pedro lol
It’s funny that he keeps dodging the fact the habano is made of Cuban seen . Lol
Nicaragua is not a new player in the game, they have been in the game and they has never surpassed Cuban tabacos for so many reasons. Even though Nicaragua have cigars thanks to Cubans that moved there and BROUGHT Cuban seeds. Who even have the same style and knowledge when it come to cigars, it will never be the same because the soil is not the same. All nicaraguans have a earth taste in the end, I’ve never tasted one that is even close to a Cuban, even though Cubans are 100% natural flavours and Nicaraguans play with the taste trying to make it better. Is just impossible. I do love Nicaraguans But For some reason the whole world would rather to pay 200 bucks for a stick that doesn’t even have the best esthetic quality before of a Nicaraguan. Just Americans care about Nicaraguans because is harder to get Cubans. You guys are not the center of the world. I’m Canada we have both, the Cuban department is always empty and cost a lot more. You don’t hear people say I’m having a cigar vacation to Nicaragua, but people spend thousands going to Cuba to get a cigar, they even travel the whole world searching for Cubans. Dubai Duty free is all about Cuban cigars. Just accept the lost.
The guy got asked like 5 questions about Cuba and he avoided them all, that shows the fear and how much they try to push their products but…:. Sin Pinar del Río there’s no cigar culture in the world. Just accept it. I do understand that Nicaraguans aren’t so bad, but is incomparable
u know notthing pedro
Here un México the cuban cigars are super espensive
