This looks really cool, but I think it's priced out of most peoples budgets. I checked the site and it's $269.00, plus the cost of the frags and such. If we just assume $300 + a TOOOOOOON of maintenance, I can't justify it compared to a pico freshwater setup which I think is much more obtainable for the average person. If you remember, about a year ago or at the start of this year, you made a video about setting up a nano reef for your brother. That 10g tank is the same price, which I think is a lot more useable for the average consumer. Cool tank, I'd love to have it, but can't justify :)
Like danny said, its always super difficult keeping these tiny fishtanks alive. Anyone new to the hobby should probably avoid this tank, expert like danny should be able to keep it going though.
@@DannysAquariums how can I get the website ? I would love to have one of these little tanks. I have been suffering from bad depression and there are days when I don't even get out of bed. I see something like this could get me up and give me something to do during the day.
@DannysAquariums thank you for the quick response I love your channel and subscribed last night. I am so glad I came across you. I love salt water fish tanks. I would love to get a big one oneday so I can have seahorse and pigmi seahorses they are such beautiful sea creatures. I also love real coral I see the tv show tanks and I hate when I see the brightly colored fake coral it makes me cringe..lol I love to have a tiny octopus but I heard they are hard to take care of and are good escape artists ! 🪸🐠💛
That would be cool, think it’s too small for that tho though! Maybe one of those tiny brittle star”fish” you find in your rocks sometimes. Or some Asterinas! 😜
*What do you think? 💬*
This company is local to me in WA state USA! This tank is UNBELIEVABLY tiny! Well done on the scape!

so glad I waited for the update video...
I seen set up those tiny pick tanks I do not know how affective it is to have whine because they are to small but they are great to look at
Looks awesome!
What is going on at 3:23 where it looks like a couple coral blowing around the tank?
Freshly fragged soft corals, always a pain to glue onto rock because they’re so slimy. 😅
@@DannysAquariums So do you just glue again?
I don’t glue them, will just irritate them and cause problems. I just let them settle somewhere on their own.

Is it possible to keep an aquarium so small?
That’s what I’m doing :)

Awesome! 🙌
Is there any fish/inverts you can humanely keep in here? Maybe a sexy shrimp?
Aptasia maybe lol
tanaid shrimps
Hmm, I think I have some Aiptasia I can sacrifice for this.. 😜
Much maintenance required!!!
add some tanaid shrimps
Great idea! Lets see if I can get some 👀
@@DannysAquariums only time i’ve been able to find them in my tanks is after lights out & i come in with flashlight and coral feeder to catch them
😍 The corals look so cute In the small tank! You should add a small baby fish in the tank if it can survive in there 😁
