Awesome build :) Being a reefer is more about the journey and how we negotiate the hurdles we encounter along the way. Everyone wishes for smooth sailing all of the time, but then it wouldn't be as interesting or engaging, especially when we attempt to create these little worlds of living organisms that are always changing and growing.

I once had a very bad green hair algae break out. It was so bad that it looked like the rocks were head banging. I rented a sea hare from my lfs and with in a week it was completely gone. I bought urchins to keep it under control, but for some reason they would come across my frags, and just take them right off the rock. The frags were glued, and I was generous with that glue, but they kept knocking my corals off the rock. The sea hare was the size of a childs fist and it never messed with any of my coral frags. Any way. this is a beautiful tank. Well done.

Hello. One of the best videos I've ever seen in aquaristics. Not only is the length just right, no, the individual steps are also well illustrated. Without specifying this, simply addressed the problems. This is how an instructional video should be.
Thanks for the work and effort.
We operate an AquaMedic Blenny only with flow pumps and heaters. This also works very well as long as the fish stock remains small.

How did the water changes from so dusty into so clear in a matter of second? right before you put the wavemaker, what did you do? did you put some kind of bacteria or did you let it rest for a few hours?
