    Chef, can you kindly make vegetarian versions of Thai dishes? Thai food is very flavourful and it would be lovely if you can show us how to make Thai food without meat, and fish sauce. Recipes like Tom you soup, curry pastes, vegetarian curry and stir fries. Thank you.

    There’s a lovely thai restaurant in the english town I live in, and I often go in and so am friendly with a woman who works there. One day she gave us this pudding saying we must try it and it was delicious! It wasn’t on the menu and it hasn’t been in since I assume because it’s not that well known or popular in England, but I asked her what it was recently and she told me all about it and I decided to look up a recipe which led me here! This is a great video, thank you so much, can’t wait to try this and taste the delicious bua loy again 😁

    Such a funny accent haha. Thanks, I will do it myself rn. But i use taro little cubes inside the balls and too lazy to make diff colors. Maybe when we are many people we’ll do 3-4 colors balls🙏🏼

    If the rice balls soaked in the coconut soup for hours (let say 8hours), would it soften the rice balls?.

    • @thaicheffood4993
      @thaicheffood4993  3 года назад

      It won't soften but expand as will absorb a lot of coconut milk and won't be the correct texture

      Cook rice ball only what we need and keep rice ball(no blanch) in container and store in fridge ☺️

      You can adjust with or without egg ( as in Thailand also can add extra sweet egg ☺️) and have trick for cooking egg
