Well, seeing as how it's incredibly heavy and dense, I don't think it would be spit, as the lizard would probably choke to death if that were the case. It may be a mixture of chemicals inside its gut, forming a dense, goop-like structure. Or perhaps it's simply vomit.
I've seen some Slugcat mods be made post-Downpour, but have only installed the ones on the Steam Workshop. Do you know how I should install the non-Steam ones manually?
(Based on a version of the game obtained via the seven seas so may not be 100% accurate) rainDB, click direct download, I make a new folder to extract the mod into, choose RainWorld_Data > StreamingAssets > mods then place the folder in there, should work.
