@@alexlambert8440 that's what i've actually been doing! i still enjoy vrchat on desktop regardless with headset or not (side note: i've gotten a friend into vrchat purely because of this model lmao), perhaps a better wording could've been that it makes me want to get a vr headset, which i might if given the chance but not entirely from this desire alone

I NEED THIS Seriously, I don't know why and this has never happened with any game I've played before, but this game just... grows on you. Once you've started playing there's no going back. It just sucks you into it forcing you to come back even when it makes you rage so hard it deletes the last bit of my sanity.

I adore this model so much its so customizable and the interactivity of the model like the ears and snoot boot is also amazing Though people with safety settings will only see a yellow eyeless creature.

I believe the next course of action would be to make the Scavengers since they also have a somewhat human body build like the slugcat, with the main exception being their long arms that does not mean I'm not happy with this one, I was f*&$ing yelling in excitement when I saw this
Could you do the iterators next? My favorite iterator is SRS and I've been trying to find avatars for him, but I can't find any. These scugs look awesome, and I believe the iterators would look cool too!

EDIT: learned the problem. The colorization and items are considered shaders so the options for them don't show up on quest. Went into VRchat and got the character, but there are a couple questions I have. How do we change the hue, and how do we get the items? And a slight issue I noticed is that my character model is extra short and crouched down for some reason is there some setting I need to change? Other than that, the model is so awesome! Thank you so much for providing us the means to be Slugcats for free!
@@haggets Well thanks to that issue I actually learned how to get vrchat, and by extension any vr game that used steamVR, to work on my pc which I had been putting off for the longest time. So, thanks lol. And as a side note. I recently tried out chilloutVR and found there are no slugcat avatars there. I think it would be really cool if you port your models to that in the future. I think a lot of people there would love it, especially because you can make the props separate from the avatars.

I actually have the base model and there's already a lot of stuff even if you don't purchase the full model from gumroad actually really like the model and how well made it is and I'm guessing the next creatures you can probably do or the scavengers or scav as the community called them or even the lizards whatever one you feel doing next is up to you

The Rainworld font in the video is called Rodondo, the other font used in the video is Poppins, which i personally love

Adding a toggle for if eyes are always shut or not would be nice. Allows the Saint preset to look more like it's in game counterpart.
