I experienced the real Cambodian food first time at my friend's restaurant in Hiroshima, Japan. Yeah, he is a Cambodian living in Japan.

The soup I like the Papua salad I want to try I think i would like it the grilled chicken I love but everyone love BBQ chicken the balut I can't get out of my head what it is thats my problem the durian fruit I have tried several times and I just cant get it in my mouth i know many people love it i just can't get past the smell it looks like you had fun I wish you good luck happienes and health may peace be with you always

Thyda, this is a real cool video. Nice of you to have invited a foreign guy and make him experience real Cambodia and Khmer culture. He was relaxed and very funny helping you in cooking the soup, BBQ chicken and the Papaya salad. he did not care much for the Balut and so will I if I visit I guess it's an acquired taste. He maybe South African or from Norway or Sweden. He liked Durian and the Orange juice without sugar as it was sweet without sugar. Great video Thyda and continued Blessings to you and all your family.

@ThydaCookingTV Yeah, like the accent of the people from Siem Reap, it sounds more like Khmer Angkor 🙂 or Battambong people. They speak as it was written in the khmer language.
