      For sure. Can't kill em if you keep oil in them. The owner of this one has had several with 300k+ on each. Typically the body rots around the drivetrain.

    Got to love that dye! Simplifies things and takes a lot of guess work out of tracking it down.

      Indeed it does. This truck is getting ready to come back to the shop... pulling the engine and revealing it top to bottom along with a few other things.

    I figured it was going to be the camshaft front seal.
    Might have to get some of that dye for a couple engines around here.

      It works. Bottle is only ~$7 and it it saves an hour of hunting for a leak... its certainly worth it.
