The problem with strategy #3 (well aside from PSA being effectively shut down atm) is that there are more people than you think doing the same thing, and by the time either you or they get your cards back, the pop counts will have exploded. Way too many people are having slabs made for no other purpose than flipping them.
So I got 400 basketball cards that I had for 12 plus years that was given to me when I was 11 years old. The ones I got that stands out is Lebron James rookie, & Sophomore cards. Some of those Lebron cards I got are Hologram too. I also have a Mvp Hologram Michael Jordan card and a Sign Ray Allen Card. All cards in great condition too. You think I’m sitting on big cash?
Here's the deal: the grading companies are a racket. Complete racket. Any card graded an 8.5 or lower, you're better off just selling raw and avoiding the grading charges and absurd wait times.

Not everyone is a Kobe or a Jordan. I have several Kobe rookies that are in good condition that I purchased in 96....had a few graded and sold some. His Finest RC was a BGS 9.5 and is a $1500 card today. For Every Jordan and Kobe there are 1000 Lonzo Balls.

Can you take a picture of your graded sport card and make a NFT of it? Having an unique code printed on the label in the slab, should be possible, no? (sorry for the noob question)

you can call or check regularly. i asked store manager the card vendors schedule and they told me at both target and rite aid
