Good idea to get another cat for Elle! We adopted a kitten in 2 weeks ago, she looked sad, so we went get another adopted kitten. They are happy now. Both girls. 3 months old now. Holly and Bella.

Try Rasberry leaf tea. It's super good for cramps and bloating. However, be careful how much you drink in a day as it is very strong. Not strong tasting but as in a herbs.

Hey I'm Emma and I'm 13, and I have really bad period cramps... and thought I would just tell you in case you didn't know, there is a period cramp medicine it's called "pamprin" and for me it usually kicks in in about 30 minutes and it definitely helps also I have a koala bear and I love it!!!

Caffeine/coffee and spicy food actually make cramps worse! I usually drink decaf coffee and lots of water and that helps a lot !

My daughter named her Mars because she looks like the planet. The one we adopted ~ are you ready for the name they gave her ~ well it’s “Lady of the Night 😂 Sounds like a stripper. She’s all black. My daughter renamed her Jiggy. They are a mess.

little question about the hair extensions for you: I'm a 15 year old girl who got a haircut which ended up being medium length, I didn't know how to style and the length was out of my comfort zone, Since I've never had extensions I planned to get tape ins or clip ins but I'm a swimmer and I would hate if the extensions got damaged and I've seen you swim w your fabulous extensions so that's why I'm asking you what I should do!
