- Edited the exterior to look more like the original - Changed courtyard and around the edge of the building to replicate the original as much as possible also added metal re-patch work around back of building - Interior is the same as version 2
Fallout 4 settlement build tour with mods (PC)
Spectacle Island - Tenpenny tower - Exterior and Interior
Built using workshop pieces from the capital wasteland workshop mod -

used a few items from the Snappy Housekit mod as well - www.nexusmods....

I love the build..but why is it multiple builds..like closeup of balcony at beginning..u can see thru the building..so the floors aren't there..and can see the cuts between areas where footage is spliced together..would it not allow u to build it all in one?
Or did u specifically do it that way cuz the layout was incorrect for size of rooms and floors compared to size of building
Just the outside is way over the original build limit so I couldn’t do much more without having massive frame rate drops, so while I was building the outside the inside was completely empty and then when I built the inside I had to delete most of the objects outside. You’d have to have a super computer to build it all at once 😂

Looks excellent, would you put your build in a blueprint for transfer settlements? I would love to have it in my playthrough , it doesn’t matter if it isn’t decorated, I will gladly decorate it myself
Thanks and yeah I am looking into doing that when I next have some free time, the inside of the building will be completely empty though no floors or anything..

@@wilco3 I’ve found a way to do it through the “transfer settlement” mod but I haven’t uploaded it yet.. if I did I could only upload the main outside building the inside would be completely empty due to the build limit..

@@wilco3 yeah the whole inside is completely empty, if you notice when I go to the front door the video stops and then a new one starts.. the inside and outside are 2 separate videos so when I built the inside I had to scrap all the outside items.

This version didn’t take too long I just added a few bits to “version 2” but yeah all together this is probably the build I’ve spent the most time on.

That's awesome..im replaying Fallout 3 and I thoroughly explored tenpenny tower and then I see this.
Thank you glad you like it, if you’re interested I’ve done a Megaton and a Republic of Dave build aswell lol also done a few builds that reference Fallout 2 like Vault City and Arrayo tribal camp.
