I think I’d benefit from doing this, and I’m considering it more after hearing your tips. Thanks guys!

Of course! I think by changing the kind of workouts you do and the “diet” you choose, you can totally change the difficulty of the challenge.

It’s been great following along with you both! Congrats on finishing! I’m doing it with my daughter, a former college athlete! I have 5 days left! I’ll be traveling the last 2 days so I hope I finish strong. Thanks for the tips! Btw...Eat ALL the cake! I can’t wait to treat myself to cake, too! You guys should be very proud of yourselves! 🤓💪🏻

Thanks for the diet choosing tip! That’s been my hardest thing to decide on. I didn’t want to be overwhelmed with counting this and cutting out that.

Same with us! We already ate very health, and didn’t want to follow any sort of extreme diet. By cutting out added sugar / processed foods, we basically just cut out desserts and pastries!

Doing a calorie deficit diet. Working well because I can eat some foods crap but tasty. No booze I crave the sugar so a couple of sweeter foods. So I’m sticking to 2,000 calories and burning around 2700 to 3200 depending on work outs. Hopefully it works and I don’t fall off the wagon.

Can you stack the workouts? Like say i went for a 2 hour hike, would that be 1 or 2 workouts?

We did! There’s no where that is says “workouts must be split up” or something like that. We would count out 4+ hour long snowboarding days as our 2 45 minute workouts!
