75 HARD CHALLENGE - MY EXPERIENCE, RESULTS & TIPS

    In this video I break down my experience doing Andy Frisella's #75hardchallenge/#75hardprogram.
    This is a mental toughness challenge/program that spans 75 days...
    I completed the challenge in early 2022 (note that this was my 3rd attempt at completing it) and wanted to share my personal experience and how I was able to actually complete it this time.
    The program consists of the following daily tasks:
    1. Complete 2 workouts per day, 45 minutes each, 1 needs to be done outside.
    2. You must follow a diet.
    3. Your must drink 1 gallon (4 Litres) of water per day.
    4. No alcohol or cheat meals.
    5. You must read 10 pages of a non-fiction book per day.
    6. You must take progress pictures every day.
    If you fail on anyone of these tasks it's back to square 1 and you start again.
