Okay, so I have a question. Why is that the BRT lane on that corridor is not open for BRT buses. It doesn't really make sense that the BRT have to much traffic as seen in the video.

The BRT lane was closed due to the construction going on in ikeja along but I am sure it will be opened back after the construction.

I agree with you. That bridge is not meant for pedestrians. For our society to work as it should be, especially in a place like Lagos, State police is the best answer.
