so you're telling me this 3 billion dollar project hasn't even been tested with enemy radar, so we have no idea of its actually stealth. it might just be a waste of money,
what he's saying is the SECOND a (enemy) radar is able to recognize the PATTERN to which they can detect the B2, it's instantly obsolete. Every object has a reflective pattern from radar. Even literally invisible objects. Birds, rain, even clouds. all gets filtered based upon the DATA gathered, which is simply called a 'pattern'. The pattern of the B2 might have been spotted a good amount of times on (enemy) radar, however, they have no idea whether that pattern is the B2 or not. The moment the specific pattern is confirmed B2, the enemies will update ALL their radar systems with that pattern linking it to that bomber. It'll get shot immediately from the sky and is useless. Which is why keeping it a secret to this day is so important. Because at the very least, it might get a chance to do 1 single bombing run which could mean victory instead of defeat. This means that in 'the homeland', the radar signature KNOWN by the US military (personel) is a HOLY knowledge, and the people in possession to access to that information, are 'holy'. and thus, a blessing and a liability all at the same time.
I mean some of this is correct but just knowing the pattern of the B2 won't make it useless. Plus the signal processing they do on radar returns wouldn't filter out a B2 even if they didn't know what it was, you don't get many birds going transsonic at 50k feet. But most of what you said is wrong lol.
My mom said she was stationed at an AFB where they were first testing it. She lived at the end of the runway at base housing I think. The first time she saw it she had nightmares about it. Usually the nightmares were what if it crashed and other stuff. She had never seen anything like it at the time, she described it as looking like a UFO. Edit: she was stationed in Italy but she was camping at camp grounds in the flight path at the end of the runway. She said it shook the ground excessively
We had 3 deployed for 2-3 months to my local af base here in Australia not even 4 months ago. Here for training with Aussie forces, but also doing hot pits to Guam and Diego Garcia at weird times through the night. Apparently they were also doing trips to the East China Sea as stated as a show of force, but also to show that if needed, nearby countries are capable of storing them and being used as a base if needed
Anything invisible is visible based on its effects in the surroundings. These planes are gas guzzlers. They need mid air refuelling. The re fuelers can be detected. Based on analysis of detections, it can be known that B2 is flying. Also, the missiles it uses are not stealthy.
Here’s a good strategy to know if there’s a b2 in the sky if there’s a war , set some spies on patrols next to all us airfields , if they see that bird flying, they call it
I saw one of these flying around last month. I live close to Hill AFB, and they were having some kind of flight show, and they brought one of these bad boys out.

Dude doesn't even know the operational history of the plane in other countries, despite your cheerleading like you know everything too.
The b-2 has so much spirit when it drops bombs spirits appear after 😂
Not true based on yesterdays news.
If you don't know how many times it flew, then it's doing its job accordingly
so you're telling me this 3 billion dollar project hasn't even been tested with enemy radar, so we have no idea of its actually stealth. it might just be a waste of money,
They are already deployed outside of the Continental U.S. & even rotated in & out of Europe in pairs a little inaccurate here
what he's saying is the SECOND a (enemy) radar is able to recognize the PATTERN to which they can detect the B2, it's instantly obsolete.
Good explanation...thanks...
Don’t you think Assangi or Snowden reviled it already?
The one thing thats safe from the War Thunder community
Book of Revelations 🤘
I mean some of this is correct but just knowing the pattern of the B2 won't make it useless.
Plus the signal processing they do on radar returns wouldn't filter out a B2 even if they didn't know what it was, you don't get many birds going transsonic at 50k feet.
But most of what you said is wrong lol.
In other words, we need a replacement for the B1B, which is actually used, than the B-2.
There is a rumor that during the bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999 when F-117 was shot down by the serbs also B-2 was really badly damaged..
Wrong lol. There was rumors a second F-117 was hit and damaged.
Fun fact they have 2 at Australian air craft bases
Just did Lol
B2 be like - The War I’m designed to fight in hasn’t happened yet 😂
They used it yesterday smh 🤦🏻♂️
This aged well
People gonna flip fo the B3 fr fr on god 💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥
everybody gangsta till i pull out an IRCCM missle
B2 Bomber always gives me the John Travolta B2 Bomber scene vibes...
"Broken Arrow"
Anything invisible is visible based on its effects in the surroundings.
These planes are gas guzzlers. They need mid air refuelling. The re fuelers can be detected. Based on analysis of detections, it can be known that B2 is flying.
Also, the missiles it uses are not stealthy.
Here’s a good strategy to know if there’s a b2 in the sky if there’s a war , set some spies on patrols next to all us airfields , if they see that bird flying, they call it
This is probably what we tell other countries so they don't think B2 flew over their territories!
I saw one of these flying around last month. I live close to Hill AFB, and they were having some kind of flight show, and they brought one of these bad boys out.
😂😂 The whole clip was a bruh moment😂😂😂
It is so stealthy that no one gonna see it ever. 😂
Weird cuz um i feel like we sent a b2 half way around the world on one of the longest sorties to date...or someone lied to the pilots that flew that mission.
Yes they hit Yemen with this bad boy
Well it sounds like they have been used in Yemen
In other words, if you see a B-2 bomber in the sky. Some serious shit bouta go down
Fun fact, the Army and Airforce won't consult with an AI if deployment is necessary.
Fun fact about B-52:
After the Vietnam war, Vietnamese people called the B-52’s as “nồi nhôm B-52” translated as “B-52 steel pot” as it boomed north Vietnam so many times and lose ALL (btw im Vietnamese 🇻🇳)
The B-2s were refitted a couple of decades ago to haul conventional weapons. They routinely fly combat sorties.
