Djent being boring is a matter of opinion. I find Djent to be amazing. Why? Because I'm a drummer. Djent is not intended to be a genre towards the sort of shredding that you would see in bands like dream theater or any other technical form of music. Its intended to expound on unique forms of Rhythm. Don't like it? That's cool. I find 20 min. of shredding boring. Its a matter of taste. Good Djent Guitarists have a unique sense of Rhythm.
I like how metal fans comparing bands and hatin' each other but I bet these bands wouldn't mind a beer together.
