I am a 16 year old hooper and I'm having trouble structuring my workouts. I try to structure it but I always end up getting confused and just doing random drills. There are so many drills online and not enough time to watch everything. What would your advice be on how to structure workouts to improve skills
Great video I’m starting to do player development training and trying to differentiate all my workouts with my different players this video definitely opened my mind! I appreciate you
I am 11 years old and I hoop on an AAU team and school team. I’m the star on AAU, but I don’t get lots of minutes on my school team. How do I structure my workouts, because I’m almost always by myself with no trainer. So how do I still get better at things that need live action defense like shooting?
Good video👍My problem has been workout structures (I've been doing alot of things in one workout) so im gonna start create workouts on what I gotta work on and be creative with mine workouts! Edit: I love your channel
I like what you said about having a plan and not just going into the workout not knowing what to do but I don’t really know how to make one or what goes into making a plan so could you help me with that?
Check out my off season program it’s completely laid out for you and also have documents that give you a workout template for you to follow to build your own workouts
So I work on off the catch shots during the week since I shoot those a lot in games, and then I work on off the dribble shots( usually from 3) on weekends. Is this a good plan or should I change it up?
you aint getting better at basketball coz you aint getting better at just athleticism in general. Go work on foundational fundamental athleticism, and the sports skill work itself out when you practice normal amount. No need for extra reps.

you are still super young so work on multiple aspects of your game and just have fun with it and whenever you can plan 1v1 or pick up do it

Focus on 1-3 things consistently and find ways to challenge yourself! Simple as that. Thank you!
@@tjltrainingdo you mean 1-3 things per workout or?
That's just great🤘
Thank you!

How can I make the most of playing basketball at school? We don't do it much tho and I don't have anyone.
take advantage of it when you can and practice on your own outside school as often as possible

Do them both everyday
@@tjltraining ok, thanks coach

training athleticism will absolutely help, but to assume that’s all you need is a terrible take and no need to change anything else
Nice tips. You shouldn't use God's Name in vain though. God's Love and 🙌 ✝️💜.
