WHO AM I?
I'm Florencia Andrés, and I'm here to help you learn how to make money by creating your very own online courses. I've written some really cool books that have sold over a million copies all around the world, and they were published by a super famous company called Penguin Random House.
I even won a special award called the "Golden Book Award," and I was the first woman to get it in 40 years! I also love to talk to big crowds and give awesome speeches. Last year, they said I was the "Best Female Speaker" at some really important events in Europe.
But I'm not just about talking-I'm also a coach for people who want to be super successful, like celebrities, business owners, and sports champions. I've even helped at famous tournaments like the US Open and the World Cups.
Teaching is a big part of my life too! I used to be a professor at a university where I taught people about coaching. And now, I'm top ranked teacher at Mindvalley by Vishen Lakhiani
Oh, and I also run a successful business called Confianza Total (for the Spanish market) and Easy Launch Academy, where I help lots of people start their own online businesses and make lots of money.

My friend and i have cleared the one of the toughest exam of the india, now we are preparing for mains exam , we have equal knowledge and skills but he always scores more than me , now i realised why it so , there are negative thoughts in my mind , which drives me to create mistakes in my mock exams.

Thank you for this video and all your other speeches witch I watched from the beginning to the end over and over again. Thanks for sharing your experiences, wisdom and kindness.
Although, I must say this: if someone - and this my example too - had „an opportunity” to live for 50 / 60 years in environment which was only focusing on your weaknesses , pays attention on your week points, only things to improve, constantly evaluating you with 360 methodology, from left, right, bottom, up, started from your parents / family, continuing with all teachers in all schools, then continuing with all bosses at various corporates (you do this great , yeah it’s how it should be (1 minute of conversation) but now let’s focus on things to improve, do more, more and more, let’s challenge you and put you out of comfort zone as the only way to develop - that usually takes 2 hours) …. then, as you well know I guess, it is TOUGH , really tough to get out of that scheme. I tried a lot, believe me. Well, I started late (being almost 50) because only then I realized that this cannot be „normal”. So, I had 50 years of brainwashing. Than eye opening psychotherapies (traditional, modern ones, etc), coaching, trainings, mentoring’s, readings, but it’s not working yet. After 50 years of getting toxic, detoxication is not quick and simple and sometimes I lose faith if still possible.

i am 16 old boy from india and your videos are motivating me to persue my passion for designing but i dont know where to start as my schooling is not ended i am in last year of highschool (in 12 grade) so i dont know how do i start ,in which college do i go as i need to have a degree also so can you make videos for us indians as our system is different from america so we need little bit of different approach .and in future when i will learn designing i will design for you if you want
I would suggest you reach out to people who are already doing that (design) and ask for advice. Make sure you ask people who you look up to.
And more importantly: give yourself TIME to be in the "learning mode" before you jump to the "earning mode" 😉

Don't know where to start so I was rushing so that I would get my goal fast and start preparing for it so I will take my time and not compare my life to others I need to take some small and slow steps first
