Wondered why he didn't help by lifting tree trunk off him or at least trying to acknowledge he might be stuck. Pretending its not an odd situation does not help in my opinion.
It's meant to be metaphorical, there are cases where it's not obvious.
It was a weird ending. He actually sat on the trunk that was suffocating him.
The idea is fantastic and video short and snappy which we are happy to see. However, it will not penetrate our kind. The information alone is not evocative nor is the advert powerful or incidental enough.

Thank you for making a valid fact and feedback in relation to our point of view, we added more spice. We tried to anticipate and understand your point (Blackmajor.org). We may reflect on it.
As volunteers in Greenwich, we perpetually listen to complaints or get feedback about lack of culturally relevant information and services or even awareness to some degree.
Foremost, isolation and social exclusion, mental health difficulties followed by lack of 'conscious awareness', various Stigmas and deep scepticism regarding many services from childbirth through to the end of life care hopefully indicates deep complexity.
From our point of view, it relates to faith, culture, family settings, content and delivery, type, language used and by whom in what fashion. As patients and service users ourselves, we endeavour to suggest where we find maybe 1% more helpful appreciate we are going to be 'wrong' often.
Yet we keep trying!
We also do not assume a homogeneous 'anything' including our 'kind'.
One suggestion we would perhaps have put forward would be;
Same concept, 2 questions. Q1 What did you eat for breakfast or lunch or dinner? Q2 Why? Leads to a health-related conversation and nutrition and diet and peer education. One of the incidental's we are referring to.

Help with the tree first, then ask about him mentally, it's not like he's gonna be fine mentally all of a sudden and he's going to use magical powers to raise the fucking tree m8.
