I accidentally put whole coffee beans into the ground coffee compartment, which caused the coffee machine to jam. If you remove the water container, there’s an access cover underneath for the brew unit. By opening it, you can access and clean the brew unit. In my case, the brew unit got stuck in an intermediate position, making it impossible to remove. Here’s what I did: 1. I plugged the machine in and turned it on. The brew unit moved under the ground coffee compartment. 2. I unplugged the machine (without pressing the power button). In this position, I was able to scrape out some of the beans from the brew unit. 3. I then plugged the machine back in and turned it off using the power button, followed by unplugging it again. This allowed the brew unit to move into the correct position, and I was able to remove and clean it. I hope this helps someone.
Hello, I see you are an espresso machine specialist, I have the same espresso machine, my problem is that the grinder grinds every second coffee and the grinder does not rotate, each time I have to slightly turn the screw at the top and then after pressing it, the coffee is already grinded without any problems and so until next time, when I want to make a second cup of coffee, the situation repeats itself, I can hear the grinder whining and there's no grind, I tighten the screw again and then they have it. I took out the entire blade mechanism and cleaned it and didn't notice anything wrong with it, do you have any advice? thanks in advance !
I have dissambled mine because it does not pump water. Now i forgot where some of the screws belong. It is the screws around the heating element. I Think.. it is one long screw, its the only long one.. Can you help me figure out where to put it? I accidently put it in the wrong place, and made a Hole.. 🙈🙈

I'm referring to the side of the brewer with the red push buttons, which in the video is taken out in 18s. Is it possible to pull off this housing to get inside? During cleaning, the brewer was inserted incorrectly. Normally it should be inserted horizontally, but it was inserted vertically inside. Now it can't be pulled out without unscrewing this cover that divides the brewer from the water container.
how to take off the front panel, I have to get access to the tube that goes from the diffuser out to the output (i have no idea how it's called), the front adjustable tubes where coffee comes out. It's leaking somewhere in the back and most of the coffee is not going to the cup.

I did it with a small flat screwdriver that fitted exactly beside the pin in the middle and it "gripped" between two corners of the Torx.
