    I haven't done this in a while, but I went ahead and published the decklist on nrdb alongside a thorough write-up - www.netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/5fe7743f-ffe5-4227-a416-5675283fb509/tech-tree
    Feel free to give it a heart or a star, or whatever the nrdb gods crave. :p Cheers!

    This deck has been a blast to play - I'm very happy I caught the stream where it was conceived - I'm tinkering away and enjoying playing it a lot. Oh: Publish these lists!

      Glad you've been digging it, and once again, thanks for the sick name. On your advice, I went ahead and published it on nrdb.

    Great deck, going to give this a go! Love seeing in the gameplay your thought process of what the deck needs abd changes you make.

    Glad you were able to play this world tree Ari some more! It popped off on stream I’d excited to see more of it!
    Also, the new RUclips meta is to say “grab a snack and a drink” at the beginning of an explainer video. Would work well for your brilliant deck dives!

    Oh *man* am I going to have to try this deck. This is such a cool concept. Wonderful explanation and great video as always!

      Thanks Stephen! I'm excited to bring this one in paper to our locals, and get some good shuffling practice in :p

    I have been thinking about how this deck can improve with RWR cards. Coalescence and Muse both seem like absolutely incredible cards for a world tree list. In your deck explanation you even call out how good it would be to have something like cache and that you wish the deck had more recursion! I think a lily pad version of this with Muse and Coalescence could be quite powerful

      This is an archetype that I am absolutely excited to revisit with the new Rebellion Without Rehearsal cards.

    Tried this deck today, ended up taking 5 core off Cerebral Overwriters but still winning. Great list, thank you Andrej!

      @@MetropoleGrid Alas, it was Build To Last.
      Played two more games so far and lost both, first to not finding enough economy and second to struggling with MU.
      That being said, I like the list a lot. May iterate on it, but first I'll try a handful more games, because it has some play patterns I have to get used to.

    having two rashidas pop while I had that envelopment up and going through almost half my deck seeing 0 agendas was so rough >:( ggs! Such a cool deck to see piloted.

      I didn't piece together that we were playing! I clearly spent a lot of time fearing a different deck than what you were playing... The play you made to trash the Slap Vandal on HQ was really well timed, and did way more to slow me down that I'd have thought. GG! Thanks for the game, eh.

    Played this at our meet up yesterday! Lots of fun! Lots of shuffling! Need to play a few games to get the lines down. First one i just didn't get the resource train going.

      Playing this in paper, as opposed to jnet, is an entirely different beast. Glad you had a good time! I'm excited to get it sleeved up myself.

      @@MetropoleGrid yeah but it was fun! It's mainly the finding of the cards in a big deck that takes the time rather than the shuffling.

    That first Ob game was the meanest trash game I have seen from a Shaper deck. Thanks for the video.

  • @Fix_B

    Really enjoyed the video. The deck seems super fun to play and with some potential for tweaking to taste (I think Maw here could be real fun as well).
    Btw, (at 2:47) when you threaten the agenda in the remote and Not again has to trash all his ice to keep you out in the last game, he could just have kept one ICE and let you in, as it was an Ikawah Project... (Don't think it would have made a huge difference though).

    • @MetropoleGrid
      @MetropoleGrid  8 месяцев назад +1

      You're right that we couldn't have stolen the Ikawah Project, but we would have Imped it instead. Maybe NotAgain missed that, or maybe he was missing the Spin Doctor to fix the problem next turn?
      Glad you enjoyed the video! I'm super excited to try a Maw version as well.

  • @galehar

    Hey Andrej! Great stuff. I love Arrissana, Imp and World Tree, this deck is a blast.
    Do you know of any app or browser plug-in to help track what 's left in the deck? I already have the problem when playing Ob.
    Or maybe I should just practice at keeping a mental record of what's available.
    Although in live tournament, you' re now allowed to have your decklist so you can put checkmarks, right?

    • @MetropoleGrid
      @MetropoleGrid  8 месяцев назад

      I unfortunately don't know of any proper Netrunner deck trackers. I do use Rhahi's 'Cyberfeeder' plugin for Firefox, which allows me to sort the Heap alphabetically, which is a godsend for tracking how many copies of each resource I have left.
      That's totally true - you're now allowed a copy of your own decklists during all tournaments, so checking off card counts is a really great strat. If you're playing in person, you're also allowed to sort your own Heap. A lot of players will separate and spread out piles of their different card types, which is a nice way to speed up the constant Heap checks.
      Glad you've been digging the deck, eh!

    Would Cezve be a cool way to ramp up the value of is it to much influence to be worth it?

    • @somefishhere
      @somefishhere 8 месяцев назад

      Cezve is great but there are a couple other ways to get 2 credit per turn value in Shaper, namely Kyuban (which triggers multiple times when Conduit Diving) which is what Andre prefers as the non-influence choice iirc.
      another resource option is Urban Art Vernissage which saves a memory. This deck runs 2x
      Paricia looks similar to Cezve but deals with assets, even though it COULD be used for attacking centrals. (Also I had to look this up, supposedly Paricia is the Incan god of floods? Interesting that a flood card deals with the flood known as asset spam)
      If anything, the influence would have to come from the breaker suite to play Cezve. And Liberated Account might be better as the flex-influence since it works better in matchups where you take off a turn on running.
      I could see Cezve in a Maw version which has more MU, and has more of an incentive to run once per turn and not trash!

    • @MetropoleGrid
      @MetropoleGrid  8 месяцев назад +1

      Cezve is definitely neat, as it's one of the only 'tempo positive set up' programs in the game. That being said, it's really highly influenced, and like Alex said, it gives pretty comparable value to the in faction Urban Art Vernissage when we're setting up.

    Half a minute of unskippable ads at the start. I think you asked people at some point if RUclips serves ads on your videos… Don’t know how the current RUclips ad system works, but hoping you get some ad revenue from that! 😊

    • @MetropoleGrid
      @MetropoleGrid  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hey RTsa! There are definitely ads on the videos and streams, and I do make a bit of ad revenue every month. However, I no longer have control over whether the ads are or are not unskippable. Here's to hoping they're not too bad, eh.
