    I don't understand why more offenses dont use tackles in the tight end positions; especially in schemes with 2 tight ends on the field.. I'd have one that id use mostly in the passing game and the other for almost exclusively with blocking (unless I was in the redzone.. sending him out on a route in the endzone would almost certainly fetch 6). It would be like having 6 linemen. This should definitely be used by teams that are weak on one side of the line or the other. It would help out their running game tremendously.

    arent you susceptible to outside runs with pulling guards and fullback?
    you dont seem to have the perimeter contained very well against the i 2 tight

      That's what outside linebackers and even corners are for. If receivers are blocking instead of running routes, you know it's a run all day. Once you see where the ball is handed off and what kind of run it is, as a linebacker you use your angle advantage and run down the ball carrier. Easy peazy.
