Very important video and very informative everyone who has a knee replacement including myself should heed this advice. And I have remained Physically Active through work and exercise so I know what he is talking about and I also supplement

Prof. All your active exercises are for people who can walk. What can wheelchairs people do to strengthen their bones. Thank you

If you take Vitamin D 3 you should supplement with vitamin K2.
This moves the calcium from your blood stream into your bones.
Take both in the morning with food , preferably something fatty or with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Your bones also need creatine so I would also supplement if my normal diet was low.

I was going to mention vit-k2 as vitamin d makes the whole body absorb calcium. (Which includes our arteries which we dont want)

Sound ok doesn’t work though k2 can not move the amount of calcium your knee needs
